1. Who we are
Loriva is operated by RIVANNTO SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS FZCO ("Loriva", "we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. What Loriva is
Loriva creates AI-generated cartoon videos and bedtime audio stories for your child, shaped by the details you provide (age, interests, favorite characters) and, for audio stories, narrated with a voice you record. Loriva is a tool for parents and guardians aged 18 or older.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure. You may delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently removes your child profiles, stories and voice recordings.
4. Subscriptions
Loriva Family is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your App Store account (monthly or yearly). Each month includes 4 cartoon videos and 10 bedtime audio stories; unused stories do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your device's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.
5. Voice recordings
The voice feature creates a synthetic copy of a voice from a short recording, used only to narrate bedtime stories inside your account. You may only record your own voice or the voice of an adult who has given you their clear permission. You can delete cloned voices at any time in Settings.
6. Acceptable use
Story topics are screened for child-appropriateness, and requests may be declined with guidance. You agree to use Loriva only for your own family, to provide information only about children in your care, and not to attempt to generate harmful, sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate content for children.
7. AI-generated content
Stories, images, video, audio and music are generated by artificial intelligence. They can contain mistakes or imperfections. Loriva is not medical, psychological or professional parenting advice; for serious concerns about your child, consult a qualified professional.
8. Your content and license
You own the personal use of the stories generated for your child: you may watch, download and share them privately (for example with family). You grant us the rights needed to create, process, store and deliver this content to you, including processing your inputs with the third-party AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy. If you use "Watch on TV", the video is uploaded as an unlisted YouTube video reachable by anyone who has the link.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the service, or create risks for children. You can stop using Loriva and delete your account at any time.
10. Liability
Loriva is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
