Turn parenting challenges into cartoons and bedtime stories.

Any parenting struggle, told as a story

1The battle

It's 8:40 in the evening. The toothbrush is untouched, the negotiations have failed, and somebody is crying. Possibly you.

Every family has a version of this. The teeth, the dark, the sharing, the new baby. You've explained it calmly a hundred times, and explaining doesn't work, because to a four-year-old an explanation is just a lecture with extra steps.

2The story

So instead of explaining it to your child, Loriva tells it to a small fox.

You describe the challenge and the lesson you're hoping for. Loriva writes a short story where a character your child will love faces the same situation, makes the same understandable mistake, feels a gentle consequence, and finds a better way. Minutes later it's a narrated cartoon.

From Finn's Sparkle Smile · narrated, word by word

Finn hid his toothbrush under a leaf and hopped off to play.

3The change

Nobody says the moral out loud. Your child gets there first.

The character is never your child, and that's the trick: children lean in when the story isn't about them, and recognize themselves anyway. When Finn's mouth feels fuzzy, your child knows exactly why. Each cartoon comes with a simple real-world activity, so tonight the toothbrush is part of the game.

  • Safe by design: age-appropriate, gentle, no punishment, no shame
  • Personalized: their age, their interests, their favorite animal as the hero
  • Ready in minutes: tell Lori what happened and the story is on its way

Loriva makes the story

A cartoon to watch together, and bedtime audio stories read in your voice.

Enjoy it together

A two to four minute cartoon, or a 15 minute bedtime story at lights out.

Questions parents ask

How is the cartoon personalized?+

A one-minute setup covers your child's name, age, interests and favorite animal. Every cartoon adapts its hero, world, vocabulary and pacing to that: a three-year-old and an eight-year-old get very different stories about the same challenge.

Will bedtime stories use my own voice?+

Yes. You read one short passage out loud, about ten seconds, and Loriva learns your voice from that single recording. From then on every bedtime story is read aloud in it. You can set up two voices per family, so tonight can be in whichever voice your child asks for, and your recordings are never used for anything else.

How long are the stories?+

Cartoons run two to four minutes: long enough for a real story arc, short enough for a young attention span. Bedtime audio stories are around 15 minutes, paced to wind down the day.

What topics are off-limits?+

Loriva is for everyday parenting challenges. Situations that need professional support aren't turned into cartoons. Instead, we point you gently toward the right kind of help.

Tonight's battle could be tonight's story.
