Manage or cancel your subscription

Loriva subscriptions are billed through the App Store. To manage or cancel: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Loriva. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data and account

You can delete individual stories, voice recordings, or your entire account any time in the app: Settings, then Delete account. Details in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Common questions

My cartoon is taking a while. Cartoon videos take about 15 to 20 minutes to produce. It is safe to close the app; the video will be waiting in your library.

My bedtime story does not sound like me. Re-record your voice in a quiet room from Settings, then Storytelling voices. About ten seconds of clear, warm reading gives the best result.

I subscribed but the app still shows the paywall. Tap Restore purchases on the paywall or in Settings. If it persists, email us and we will fix it quickly.
